| Description | Hi Kerwin, Sometimes no audio when connect earphone on BA01 RCU. Jira ticket : https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BPM-30117 Precondition : 1. Connect BA01 RCU through bluetooth 2. Watch live TV Reproduce step : 1. Connect earphont to BA01 RCU 2. Sometimes no live TV sound through earphones Reproduce rate : Sometimes (5/10) I have attached log file when issue was reproduce. I found the err log from audio hal as below: 03-21 14:18:22.551 3419 7851 E amlaudioMixer: mixer_write_inport(), NULL pointer 03-21 14:18:22.551 3419 7851 E audio-subMixingFactory: aml_out_write_to_mixer(), write failed, errno = -22 03-21 14:18:22.551 3419 7851 E amlaudioMixer: mixer_get_inport_latency_frames(), NULL pointer 03-21 14:18:22.556 3419 7851 E amlaudioMixer: mixer_write_inport(), NULL pointer But I did not found the cause of this log. Hi Mr. JunGyu Kim, From the log, I see the FW version is "15.542.2" which is older than current BitBucket. And I see there are many changes in "hardware/amlogic" folder for audio related issues. Could you use latest version and check this issue again ? Thank you! |

Hi Kerwin, While looking for the FW where this issue occurs, I found that this issue has been occurring since adding the patch below. https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/AMANDROIDS-90 We are currently asking with Amlogic. Please stop analyzing this issue. If there is anything to check further, I will let you know. Thank you for support. Kim |
